TELVONET – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains the rules for using TELVONET services. By using our services, you agree to follow this policy and ensure all users under your account do the same.

1. Purpose

This AUP helps maintain a secure, ethical, and reliable environment for all TELVONET users and ensures compliance with industry standards and laws.

2. Prohibited Activities

a. Illegal Use
No use of TELVONET services for fraud, harassment, illegal content, or any unlawful activity.

b. Spam
No sending of unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive marketing, or using our services to distribute spam.

c. Network Abuse
No disrupting, overloading, or interfering with TELVONET networks, including DoS/DDoS attacks.

d. VoIP Misuse
No toll bypass, unauthorized gateways, fraudulent routing, or activities that affect service quality.

e. Unauthorized Access
No attempts to access systems, networks, or accounts without proper authorization.

f. Impersonation
No misrepresenting identity or pretending to be someone else or a TELVONET representative.

3. User Responsibilities

You must:

  • Secure your account credentials

  • Monitor your account for misuse

  • Report any suspicious or prohibited activity

4. Enforcement

TELVONET may investigate violations, issue warnings, suspend or terminate service, or take legal action if needed.

5. Compliance

You must follow all applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations related to telecommunications and security.

6. Updates to This AUP

TELVONET may modify this AUP at any time. Updated versions will include a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
